yeah....no shit they're expensive. Definitely the best design by far that I've seen though. I can't believe there aren't some cheaper versions around. Hell.....I just want the tires and even those things are expensive.

I can vouche 100% that these don't work worth a shit in the sand. That's the same tires we have on our wagon now. They sink and become plows.

I'm gonna run up to tractor supply and dig around and see what I can come up with. I have until July so I'm not in a hurry yet but it usually takes me about that long to do anything anyhow.

I don't know. I was surprised when it came up on a search for radio flyers with skis

When I brought up skis, I had kind of envisioned a bit more of a slope up front so that the sand wouldn't bury it and a bit longer ski to better glide across the sand. What I liked about this wagon though was the ability to switch between skis and wheels.

I'll bet you could design something that would work though. If you felt like it that is

I wish I had a place around here to test it is all. I'd hate to wag all that shit 500 miles and then have it be a bigger pain in the ass than it's worth. That's kinda how the wagon was last year. It would've been easier to make 2 trips to the truck versus dragging that damn wagon through the sand.
