You plan to run taller tires in the future though, right?

That will negate some of the gear AND give you a bigger foot print.

I'm going to see how the 275/50/15 do at the track, if it hooks and im not hitting rev limiter at the end of the track I might stick with that tire. Tallest I can go would be a 27in tire without rolling the fender.
