Thread: Remove Heat Sheilds?

You have to take it where you can. Heat shields are simple. Do the easy stuff first, after that it start to get more difficult, more time consuming, and expensive.
You would be surprised at how nit picky the guys get in FAST racing. Swiss cheesing seat brackets, window regulators etc...all in the attempt to shave a few ounces here or there.

i hear ya... i'll be ripping making some weight reductions to get sub 3000 lbs in the future... won't be to difficult at my standing curb weight...
