Yellow springs are only capable of something like .560 lift (right now I don't remember exactly; too mant barley pops).
The guy who stated that turbulence is a good thing, he is correct. On the intake side, yes..on the exhaust side, hell no.

Yellow springs are OEM; not a suggestion. Dependent on cam selection.
Stock valves are OK but need a 30º backcut and polish.
