Nice house, looks like you will take good care of it. Looks fine, but the upgrades will be that much better.

Of course, of course - as with any city. I have been to Detroit but it's been at least five years since.

It's the cold I'm afraid of...

Hope it closes on time. I got f'ed in the A by bank of America two days before I was to close. They wanted 20k more on top of the 65k I put down. I told them to eat sh*t and die. Called countrywide done deal no extra money plus a better rate. Nice house by the way.

Funny thing is that Bank of america owns countrywide now though...

Lol great job BOA, you took over a company with such a bad portfolio that even with its massive size they couldn't keep a profit. Countrywide grew fast making bad loans and then died fast because of it, why brag about taking over that.

    Congrats on the house

It doesnt really matter what bank your at, they dont really own those loans anyway. More likely they just service them for a big investor. The only difference is some banks do have better customer service than others. I have heard alot of complaints about BOA but i dont have any experience with them myself.

I wasn't bragging about BoA taking over, it was a comment to the previous post that was upset with BoA and went with countrywide....I ended up in the same boat.

BTW, Nice house, gotta love the garage space.
