Poor Idle on 3800-II

Seems my old mechanic has some interest in buying the car as-is now. He knows everything that is wrong with it and the mileage and he wants to know a price.

I looked it up on KBB and it says $1880 in fair condition. I was going to try to get $800 knowing the issues. Seem fair or should I take lower?

Fair Imho.. Just throwing this out there.. The 5-2 coil (center one) gets wet with rain and even sometimes washer fluid could be the misfire code.. Also maybe has a lower intake gasket issue (vac leak) just kind of a heads up... These things are what was wrong with mine with less than half your mileage..
