hptuners is more user friendly and is easier to navigate. The pro suite is the way to go. It allows integrated wideband logging and black box data logging ( no laptop required). I just found that navigating through the menu's is easier on hptuners vs efilive. You can get the same job done with both and efilive has a great help section but in the end hptuners is easier. The support is better with hptuners too because that's what the majority of people out there use.
