so will either one work? I mean if the FE4 is better should I go for it or is there other components that are need like a PS cooler?

nope... have to go with the one that you have the RPO code for or it will either get hung up on your headers of manifold... or it will get hun up on crap next to it...

i priced a rack off of rock auto .....but did not want the hassle of the core return....so i got a GM reman from the dealer....he almost price matched it......which was worth it for the lesser core return hassle......it has worked like a charm for over a yr
