I agree. I would put him on notice that you plan to involve the LEO's if he doesn't address the situation immediately. I would proceed to do so if he does not.
At the same time, I'd be looking for a new place to work. Where I am, they wouldn't hesitate to escort someone out of the place over something like that.
I'm sorry, but those of you who suggest "get a gun" or "kick his ass" have no clue let alone any class. There are civilized ways of dealing with these issues: Please use them.

This is unfortunate. Employers are supposed to be there for employees on situations like this. They are being irresponsible with this situation. Continue to document this. The should fear law suits on shit like this. How would they react if you were the guy that comes into work shooting? This stuff happens. Talk to a lawyer. I say buy a tazer and let him feel 150 thousand volts, how much of a tough guy is he after that? lol

18D Cock Diesel- 1999 Z28; 98 SS #2043 RIP
Unfuck this pissant silently; make a surreptitious approach, sneak up on him, get him by surprise. Grab him by the jaw area, under his chin and crank his head back while using an appropriate edged combat weapon to make a lateral incision across his rubbery throat. Be sure to sever both the carotid and jugular while perforating the windpipe, apply enough pressure; the larynx is a tough, leathery piece of tissue. Shearing off one of the recurrent laryngeal nerves produces hoarseness, if both are sliced, the voice is completely lost and breathing becomes difficult. Needless to say, he won't make a sound!
