Thanks, even though this is a problem not caused by me I could still use all the luck I can get. It's all going through title insurance, and I had the crew set additional unmarked witness points in the road in case anyone decided to move/remove the marked corners. Title company won't let anything slip without something in writing. I don't do verbal agreements, I've seen how ineffective those can be in this day and age.
