I bench 250 million pounds with one hand, Who Fucking Cares a 45 round to the head will put you down no matter how much you can bench press.

Akira and stanger, Thanks for the help, I'm gonna try and do your suggestions and see what pans out. The high intensity makes me feel like it works, and as I said earlier, I've only been able to do it about 2 times a week, lately, because I'm busy. But thanks, alot.
I was going to focus more on the free weights, things like curls, bench, deadlift and squats. I was thinking of dropping all the other shit except for cardio. Would this be wise?
And again, is creatine going to be alright or should I look into other things too?

Wow, I'm not sure about some of those claims. One thing I noticed was the type of bench, free/machine/smith. That can make a big difference.
I'm 42, 6'3", 280 lbs. I normally stay away from flat bench with plates. I have 38" sleeves and I built up to 385 pounds for a max. When I tried to accomplish eight plates, the pain in my elbows became alarming. It took over a year for the pain to subside, but no surgery. After that, I stayed with only using a machine for benching (which works out well since I'm normally in the wieght room alone). On that - just like today - I do 225 for 10 reps, 250 for 6 reps, 275 for 3 reps and 300 for 1 or 2 reps. The machine goes to 312.5 but I cannot use that last plate since it puts my arms very in a very stressful position to get under the bar (it does not cross the chest). This puts it below my chest which is very difficult to adjust to. I don't think I will ever care to go above 400 for any reason.
Mostly I use dumb-bells and the dip machine. This works well for me as I feel that too much emphasis of a max bench causes a restriction of how flexible you can be. Flexibilty with lower levels of "actual weight" training is a better all-around system for me. I don't do dead lifts or squats very much. I exceeded 1100 pounds on a leg press, but that's not unusual for a bigger guy.
For those who are intimidated by high max weights, don't dispair. It's about as common for guys to lie about that as it is for them to exaggerate about their johnson. Just go lift, concentrate on good form, and be content. It might surprise you how that mindset will help you.
As far as supplements, I just use a multi-vitamin, bee pollen, and garlic. When I used creatine, I stacked it and stayed on it for several months. It caused me to retain water and grow huge zits on my back. I did not see any real gains with it, but I'm sure that varies amongst others.
I know the picture is weird, but I'm not big on having my picture taken. It's form a number of years ago, but I'm basically the same. Definitely not a specimen, just a big, strong country boy who could lose a few pounds. At least I'm honest about it.

im 6'4, 140lbs.......iv been lifting some every night, i have a benchpress in my room. Im going for endurance more than max...i havnt had anyone spec me so i dont know my max.
I picked up some creatine from wallyworld last night, its the powder you mix 1 teaspoon with juice and drink before you work out, it says it just reduces muscle fatigue when lifting. I guess i'll use that and use the weight gain diet, id like to get to be 180lb.

i usually bench every night, i mean its not like i havta go to a gym or anything. But not always am i not tired from work etc. so not EVERY night, but atleast 5 out of 7 days. And i dont just bench, i do weight squats and situps and pushups. I rollerblade almost every weekend during the summer, and during the winter i hunt, which is quite a bit of walking. I also play several games basketball at a friends place every tuesday night.
Im not going for just upper body muscle, i like being fit all around. I just want to gain weight.
yea its Body Fortress 14.1oz can of pure creatine, it will last atleast 3 months. Whats better?

Body Fortress isn't that bad a product, its jus the one time I tried it the flavoring was so bad it wasn't even worth its cheap price. I also don't know the specifics of where a no name company like that sources their product from. It could be really low grade chinese creatine

Yeah, thats the one. By better I mean products from good, reputable companies, like BSN, Gaspari, etc. I just ran out of CellMass (a BSN product) which was about $48 for 60 servings... basically you get what you pay for. It's more than just the pure creatine we're talking about anyway.
Yeah... I've tried so many products (mostly protein) that tasted like shit... thats why when I bought the cheap stuff I just got the tasteless pure stuff you mix with juice... probably a better decision on my part

So... whats the best flavors for super pump and sizeon? I liked orange noxplode and grape cellmass, should I get the same for both superpump and sizeon, respectively?

I don't like creatine monohydrate...it makes you retain too much water. I've been using size-on for awhile and creatine gluconate is def the way to go...hardly any water retention or bloating.
BTW stanger have you tried Intrapro protein by Gaspari...i'm thinking about trying it...getting sick of just eating tuna and chicken.

yep i had strawberry which is the flavor i always get with protein. it tastes really good. thats a good protein powder, its loaded with bcaas and it has high protein per serving. But I actually prefer bsn's sytna 6 as far as flavor goes compared to anything i've ever tried. Their flavors actually taste like milk shakes. You make a shake and feel like u are having desert.
