Camaro SS Dash Plaque

Big thanks to JT for making me aware of this thread! I have a couple of links for you to view some current works. The Camaro SS dash plaque would be an easy item to run, we can even customize the "ss" color to your liking-let me check with my production team and get back to you with more information. I figure the cost will be anywhere between $20 and $30 + shipping.

The material we use is a highly durable black resin stamped with polished aluminum and laser etched for a perfect replication. The plaque is about 1/8" thick with a 1/32" etching.

Just got your email and snapped back here, no problem with letting you know earlier today. I would want one looking just like the stock version, red ss, etc. Let us know when you find out, because as you can see tons of people want these things! Including me!! Thanks a bunch.

how will if mount, like the original from behind or stick it on top of what we have, in that case count me out!

i would assume the original could be popped out and this be stuck in it's place...however I don't have a camaro or SS to check that out

Exactly, the plastic trim has 4 holes at the top, 1 for ASR switch (if equipped), 1 for foglight switch (if equipped) and 2 for the stock dash plaque. It pops right out, but the Camaro SS plaque does not snap into those holes like the stock one does. It has an adhesive strip on the back to attach it to the flat area left after the stock one is removed.

Yeah they are tough to find, the emblem looks to be scratched though.....maybe its the lighting.

the face of the edges will be a brilliant polished aluminum-the sides will not, however, i'm pretty sure that the emblem will recess deep enough into the dash panel that you won't notice

Is anyone interested in customizing theirs a bit? With the owner's name or HP/TQ numbers? We can do this on a per-purchase basis, so if some are and most aren't we can appease you all =)

That sounds like a great idea, I just want the stock one though. This maybe could be your biggest seller! Will they come with the high strength adhesive strip on the back? Thanks for putting this together, any possibility of a group buy or something on the oem version?
