Forget the sea foam crap unless you want even more trouble.The noise you are hearing is the lifters,FORGET ABOUT IT.Its NOTHING to worry about.Are you using the proper weight oil? 5w30? that may help.But still its normal ls1 noise.

try some 5 30 pennzoil platinum,it quieted mine down.
