What Kind Of Labtop Do You Use...?
What kind of labtop are you using?
And what kind of problems or warr. claims have you had to make?
I have a HP Pavilion DV9009 17". It has two 80g hard drives. AMD Turion 64x2 processor.1.93 GB Ram. Bought it in Dec. of 06 and just had a harddrive crash on me and had to send back. Turn around was quick! But the one thing I hate is when you call them your talking to "Habieb" that says his name is Mike...You know he is in India. And there customer service sucks!!!Last edited by LS2Tuner; 07-03-2007 at 11:13 AM.

I have a Toshiba Satelite A70. It's 15.4" widescreen, has a 3.2 Ghz dual-Threading P4 processor, 1.5 GB of ram and 100 GB HD. It has a onboard graphics chipset, Radeon 9000 express I believe (128 MB). Its an okay laptop but overheats so much. It turns off without warning if I try to multi-task or play any sort of game. I am most likely going to surge the mother board before my warrenty period runs up so I can get a new better laptop.

i've got an emachines lap top. it was a "school special" and ran me $500. it's got a 14" screen. dvd burner, 512 ram, 1.6gh processor and a nvidia 256mb video card. and 40gb hd. runs a little slow. but i haven't upgraded the ram yet. i've played CNC generals on it, and it doesn't skip.. just cant have too much going on. and it takes a few seconds going from the desktop, to the game.
but i figure if i maxed out the ram at 2G that it would be hella faster.

anyone else see the irony in this sentance? lol
anyway, I have a compaq presario V2000. it's nothing special, but I don't need anything crazy. I just web surf and keep pictures etc. on it.
the only problem I have is the AC adapter plug keeps getting so hot that it melts and ruins the plug.......piece of crap
