I have always agreed but I need a kick/boost/helper as I fear I will run out of drive/motivation if I can only maintain and not continue to grow.
I mean my grandpa never looked like Sly at 60+. Modern medicine should be used to prolong/make life better. If I could take a pill to make me a super hero I would be the first in line and would thank the doctors/researchers for developing it.
Still researching though....

By the way, I went for my max benching today, first time since I started working out regulary at a gym.
I lifted 202.5 lbs.... I weight 157lbs.
I was pretty pleased, because at the start of december(6 months ago), I could barely do 135 for my max. Back then I weighed 150 (not that big a difference.).

haha yeah like iroc said, its a leather belt with a chain on it... im sure every gym has to have at least one bc every one ive been to has had one... and ive been to some lame ass gyms.. haha.. most ive done is 5 pullups with 65 tied on me and 10 dips ( all the day down not some halfway shit) with 90 tied on me... wieghted dips are intense you feel those all over your upper body... especially chest and triceps

Nice
I need to stop being cheap though... I ran out of whey protein about a month and a half ago and haven't bought anymore yet... must be hurting my gains a lot.
Also trying to change my diet and routine so i'm clean bulking... but my addiction to mountain dew isn't helping the bulking part and certainly isn't good for the clean part...

haha yeah honestly the most important thing to bulking is your diet. don't feel like you need supplements to get bigger though... you can gain jsut as much with a healthy diet of lots of high quality protein (chicken, fish, milk) and complex carbs than you can on the best whey, powders, and pills out there while eating complete shit. i woudlknt say it's hurting your gains a lot, if anyhting its barely hurting them. as long as you eat a lot and get about 30-50 grams of protein per meal your good.. and eat 4-5 of those meals a day
