Have a tech check the reverse switch in the transmission.

sounds like you have a positive short. Check the wiring for any burns or chaffing. More than likely you have crossed power wires somewhere

If you are going to fix it yourself, you need to isolate the problem more.If the fuse blows only when turn signals are used then forget back up lights and try to figure which side turn signals blow fuses-left or right.
How quickly does it blow when you put a new one in?If you have to wait a week, then it will be harder to fix.If it blows as soon as you turn left or right signal on,then look at bulbs and sockets and associated wiring. So how quickly?

Check inside the housing of the lights being affected. See if there is any corrosion. If you are getting water inside the housings that could blow your fuses.

Did the dealer tell you where the problem was? I assume you've picked up the car...

i had the same problem, when i would go to use my turn signals the fuse would blow. I would loose all the gauges and the car would not turn on. i had the same problem with both turn signals. I turned out to be a relay behind the radio.
