    I use a factory Hurst with a short stick that I bought complete with a Hurst knob for a whopping $40. I like it. No need for me to spend $150 on a Pro 5.0 although I would like one.

    whoa! calm down fella! its a joke. i'd rather have a short stick made rather than maybe messing mine up. its easier and cost like 30 bucks if i remeber correctly.

    Yeah, you never know! My factory Hurst snapped off on the ball end while I was 20 minutes from home! I drove it home in 2nd gear
