sagging will be associated with a spring. the shock does not keep the car up.

ok, i'll look at it closer in a couple days (hello warm weather). i jacked it up and it still has more force than i have arm strength so i dunno. am i likely to seriously damage anything driving it like this for 2-3 weeks? it drives fine other than losing a little power on the weird angle things are on
is it feasible to lower my car about an inch for under 350? just replacing springs? and i would need an alignment right?

if you install the springs yourself, then under 350 is feasible. yes, you will need an alignment after you install the springs.

triple-black- 2000 CamaroSS convertible
check the isolator on top of the spring... make sure it's well put on both sides

almost stock triple-black 2000 SS convertible with 17x11s on all 4 w/ 315s at the track or on the street with 18x10.5s on all 4 w/ 315s: (1), (2)

what exactly is an isolater? just whats between the spring & car?
i'm extremely impressed with my camaros durability btw. almost hit a deer last night, popped 2 tires going over a pretty big curb and jumped a ditch (like 5-10 ft across 3 or 4 ft down). no damage other than my 1 rim which is a little off balance now (dented rim). just from how it feels goin over bumps and such i figured that kind of abuse would've totalled it. and i want new rims anyway. i'm not sure if i'm really lucky or if i've underestimated the car...

big thick rubber doughnut thingy that goes between the spring and body. keeps all those annoying squeaks, when the spring moves around, from coming into the car.

no, the sagging gradually happened(1-2 months). and it survived with the gimp spring, i have a whole new love for my camaro. and its not as bad with the new tires (i put both new on the rear, i popped the 2 right ones)
i think i'm gonna be doin some springs soon. so hard to decide though, seems everyone has completely different opinions...
