That's a tough question- one could make comparisons regarding the "pros and cons" of the general physical characteristics of some races, however I think it's pretty much been proven that there are very intelligent individuals in every race on the planet.

let me post this question to the posters on this board,
for the chicago fire dept exam,they had to dumb it down because all the top scores were white people.
now the written score isnt as important as merit points

I'd say that is a function of the socio-economic background, not of race.

I would say it is rampant all over the US .. there is a certain number of black people they want for a job and have to find a way for them to qualify ... That has been around for a long time now .. That is just one of the things that has to be in our PC. land

Hong Kong is a result of British rule. Even if Beijing is a "high tech" city that gives China 1 nice city while the rest of the country is impoverished. The Yellow river floods every year, sometimes killing HUGE numbers of people, in the tens of thousands. What a high tech, sterling socialist example of success.
