i just uploaded a gif to be my avatar and its not workin. its just a stationary picture...?

I believe it is limited to a certian file size.
Gif's do work but not a big file like the one you have tried (Sarges fast food).
Need to find a smaller file.

Personally, I hope you get it to work. Those animated GIFs were always my favorite.
