Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
Good for sound and power.

Not sure if there are bolt-on duals that go over the axle or not. Never researched it.

So what exactly is the difference between having cats and going without them? Does it give you a better sound? Better performance?

No cats flow much better, if you have emmisions like ohio, just get collector plates.

my brother's 66 Chevelle had a dual exhaust that dumped out before the rear axle. it made it way louder since the sound would hit the ground and bounce back up at the car. man that car was loud. he's restoring it right now tho. 383 Stroker with a supercharger.

I went to MufflerTech and they put some kind of Flowmaster Series on there. I don't even know what series they are but it is much more aggresive than the SLP Dual Dual exhaust I had on it before.

High flow cats. 3" Y-pipe. Borla. I like my borla because they have a built in plate system that allows you to bypass the muffler, or run it through the muffler.
