all i want for my setup for a semi-retired DD is to have good handling, good launch capability/weight transfer, and lowered about 1.2"...lol

Unfortunately there's no real compromise between lowered and great drag racer launch.

Lowered is designed to keep the car from as little movement as possible. Drag launches need a lot of front to rear movement to create rear traction.

That's where the adjustable shocks can help out, making the fronts stiff and the rears soft. Coilover springs would help with that even more.

Are you talking about the coil over style? Those would be nice. Altough I think most of their rear shocks are valved more for drag racing. Is that what you have mrs.cassie?

Agreed but I'm telling you fools, a lot of the adjustable shocks will lower your ride height. It just depends what springs you've got.
