2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
Seems I'm not the only 67 Camaro freak here. That's good to know. I've owned (not all at once) 6 67's, 2 68's and 2 69's since 1973. I kept the most optioned 67 (I've had it since 1986): RS/SS, L35/M40 (but not orig motor or trans, currently has a mild 454 and TH400 w/3500 stall), 12 bolt posi with 4.10 gears (it came with a 3.07 open diff). It also has: PDB (original 4-piston caliper type), PS, PW (1 of 5,000), Tilt steering wheel, Tach, Gauges, Consol, Fold down rear seat, AM/FM (not stereo though). The exterior is (K-K code) Emerald Turquoise with (797 code) Parchment/black interior. I also have a set of original 67 head rest bucket seats that I will use when I redo the interior. Car is curently in Cali undergoing body and paint work.
When I originally purchased the car I gutted (and saved) the interior and put a 427 BBC in it with the current trans. Swapped in the 4.10 gears and posi in the 12 bolt. Engine was 12.5:1 comp with a .625" (ex & int) 280 int 320 ex cam that I picked up @ The Pomona Swap meet. It ran 11.30 @ 120+ at Terminal Island (Brotherhood Raceway) back in the day. Would have run faster but it would run out of fuel in the float bowls at around 6200. I never got around to putting on an electric fuel pump as a friend offered me more $$$ for the short block than I had into the entire engine.Last edited by 67CamaroRSSS; 02-15-2007 at 10:40 AM.

Heres a pic of my 65 Sport Fury. It has a long rod 383 with solid flat tappet Nitrous grind. The convertor is a 4000 Dacco with 4.10's and I'm running some 29" x 12.50" M&H RaceMasters. I also have a pair of CalTracs on it and a 3 1/2" mandrel bent exhaust we welded up out of U bends with a pair of 1 chamber FlowMasters. And yes they are the ORIGINAL 1 Chambers from 96 with the classic sound that made FlowMaster what they are today.
No rollbar!!!
No 5 point harnesses!!!
It's a street race car not for the track. Make a pass or two then get sent home for being to fast.
All my good pics won't meet the sizes to upload I need to modify. Better pics coming soon.....Last edited by LS2Tuner; 04-26-2007 at 05:06 AM.

383 w/Meth & ProCharger- 2001 Camaro Z28
Here's my '65 El Camino. I bought it in December '05 just as a cool truck for helping around the house stuff. No major rust, has original black plates and doesn't require California smog testing.
It's currently got a 350 with TH350. I might be dropping in my old LS1 and a 4L60e into it this year.
BTW:Thanks to Luis (01SOMSS!) for letting me steal this pic. I just don't have any of my own pics.
