I went to juvie as a kid. When I was 14 I punched a 22 year old fucking whore bitch in teh face for being a 22 year old fucking whore bitch.

She was my sister, so I speak the truth abotu her!!!

is it a felony or just misdeminor class C in TX? I think they are trying to pass it as a felony but the legislature won't get passed I believe. anyways,

ive only ben to the holding cells at my local PD. this dick head felt like arresting 4 kids because 2 of them had 3beers in total. i was nice and polite til he slapped the cuffs on then i went off on him and called him everything under the sun, i still wasnt being 'civil' sitting in the holding cell so the cop put off calling the bail officer for a coupla hours. got to love dick head cops

if you read that and it wasn't you nor you knew the person, and you send you were not being "civil". are the cops that bad? hummm... seems like you deserved it to me.

I've never been locked up, but I bet I have spent more time in jail than most any of ya'll!!!

Once I spent six hours in the jail in Atlanta (Peachtree Rd/Dr.?) just trying to get a prisoner released to my custody. I was beginning to think I would need my own phone call. Hell I was sitting with those waiting for process for so long I thought I should be getting a mugshot.

I guess over twenty years I've "been in jail" for a few weeks. Figure two hours for a DWI arrest, an hour for most others.

How's that for irony?

alright by not being civil me and my buddy who was in the next cell over were joking around really loudly and when the POS cop who arrested us came in and said 'if you two dont cut it out i wont call the bail officer for another couple of hours' my response was F*** YOU you ***** ***** ***** *****!!! he loved that, so we got arrested around 8pm, got out of the station around 1:30am. im not gonna get into how fucked up the entire situation was, what happened was totally uncalled for not to mention illeagal in how the cop went about it, and in the end what did it accomplish? I had to hire a lawyer to fight the charge to keep my licsense to keep my job and pay a $300 fine, my buddy got "constructive" possesion of alcohol cause it was 'in his reach' got fined, the two girls got fined for possesion of alcohol and in the end this incident totally split up a family, 1 of the girls dad got so pissed of he ended up slapping her.. dss and divorced now over 3 beers. but some good came of the incident too, that POS cop had a real eye opener after that and is no longer a POS imo, officer maggot used to be his name in town, now hes an alright cop.

At 15 I would have but parent came and saved me. Poss. of alc. by a minor.
At 30 I had to turn myself in for an assult charge. Printed and photo then let go.
