Without knowing exactly what it has I agree, but judging that he's got an aftermarket intercooler on a car that came stock with one i'd venture to say he has gone pretty far in mods and its pretty fast.

Yes, I stated his mods in the thread. I know exactly what they are.
-Ported m62 Blower
-Siemen's 60#er's
-Machined Snout
-2.5 Pulley
-LSJ Injector Wiring Harness
-Intense Modular Pulley System
-FLUIDYNE Heat Exchanger
-INGALLS TQ Dampner
-SMS BIG Bore TB
-AEM short ram intake
-Boost bypass mod
This week he's installing headers and getting it tuned. He is ALSO sometime next month getting methanol injection and a different pulley to run some more boost.
I raced him last Saturday night and walked him easily but he did put up more a fight than I actually thought he would. He did walk a stock A4 SS Camaro as I know the guy who has the Camaro, because he also has a 450rwhp H/C/I TA.

i just beat one this past week from a roll and a dig and blew his doors off. From i understood this guy had a ported blower, stage 2, full exhaust and some other stuff.............I've raced a cobalt with less and it gave me more trouble. For some reason the redlines don't pull like the cobalts do.

mid length basani ceramic coated headers, 3inch y-pipe, borla adjustable catback, pulley, intake, mti lid, ngks, free mods running on toyo t1's.
m6
I understand how fast these cars are is why i was very surprised that it was that slow. A buddy of mine had a cobalt ss/sc and that thing was stomping all over 06 gt's. It could hang with me when i had just the catback, lid and intake.......all through 3rd gear and 4th is where i would get a couple cars on him.
My car has been feeling pretty strong i have yet to dyno the thing. I also raced a lt1 cam, valvetrain, intake/exhaust, and dogged it also, but the lt1 put up more of a fight.Last edited by zero_proto; 02-06-2007 at 04:16 PM. Reason: um yeah
