I don't really want to spend $30k. I'm gonna be trading my car in on the newer car. I want to be at around $19k + my trade. In other words I don't want more then $24k coming out of my finances

maintenance yep, but if u buy extended service for like uptp 80k miles. u ok for 3-4 years.
