Yes, the weather has been cold as of late, but still averaging between 50-60 degrees nonetheless. Yes, my '98 has a H/C/I, along with a stall. Been racing my 3.8 Turbo as of late, so no.... haven't got any times with the newer setup from the '98. I try not to race on the "Safe Corridor" infested Route 9, but will always make an exception, when needed.
It meant what it meant. Not necessarily you in particular, but quite a few people seem to have it in for Wes. Since you feel he's not in your league, yet I am, I'll be the one racing in his place. Simple.
.. and for the record, I meant the above in a friendly manner.

B2300 (Fluffy) Retired- Plain-Jane Dodge Truck
That's some pretty old news to be called "breaking news".
Do you know who Scott Settlemire is? If you don't, I won't even bother with this anymore. Suffice to say that if you do keep up with the new Camaro, you would know what his comments were on the Saleen story that you (and others) are referencing - and you'd know their significance.
The bottom line here is that you don't know what the Camaro will cost, you don't know how much HP it will have, you don't know what the 2009 Mustang will cost, nor do you know anything else about it.
Simply put - you don't know. But we all knew that.....even if you didn't.
mustangs have always been more expensive than camaros no new news
2002 Base Mustang MSRP = $18,080
2002 Base Camaro MSRP = $18,415
Source: www.autobytel.com
That's just the latest example - we can go through others, if you like. Bottom line is that the Mustang and Camaro were almost always comparably priced.
tonyjnjz....the original article with Steve Saleen was in done by carcrazy.com and printed on Road & Track online.
