I see the big 20-22s on old Crown Vics , and now on the larger SUVs.... To me they just look like any second something is going to break ....they just look silly. Just like a few years ago where it was just the opposite..Remember those little 11-12 inch rims so the cars sat waaaayy to low.....I still see cars with all space saver tires .......

I see those little stubby tires on trucks owned by mexicans all the time here. Those 22" wheels have tires on them with maybe 10mm of sidewall. Their performance must be greatly reduced in terms of braking, turning, and ride ability. I'll bet a pebble will blow their tire and damage the wheel.

18 or bigger on old muscle cars is just plain stupid. The cars look like cartoon cars. Now, a nice 17 on them looks great. Bigger wheel equals higher rotational inertia which equals less acceleration, worse braking, less gas MPG, more wear and tear on suspension etc.

Short sidewall plus heavy rim equals poor performance, poor ride, and crappy launches.

I do not care for that thing at all, rims are huge and the color smells bad.
I would not give more then $15,000 for that color clashing, not sure if I am
a classic or a new mod rod?
The purple one rocks...

That says it best, I saw a 67 GTO he had done. That car deserved much much better. He does trash the muscle cars bad!

I have 17's on my 70 cutlass and there was no way I wanted to go any bigger. 18" is pushing it and anything larger just looks ghetto.

to each there own, that is what makes this America and in this case that is not so good. I do not really enjoy the glamour kind of ride most the time, and that is mostly what he is about.
Good Night, I am freaking tired... Peace.

20's are just too much and end up looking 'ghetto'!
Not to mention too heavy!
