ya That must be a looker, Is it m6 or a4 + does it have the center exhaust?
There is a sunset hardtop in town that looks awesome.
I have the 01 camaro brochure in front of me, + the cover + the first 4 pages are a sunset orange ss.
The sunset ss convertible must be Incredible.
AND O SO RARE to boot.

It doesn't happen to have one of those 18 white tops does it ?
That would be an awesome combo if available in that color, The white tops tend to brighten up a medium color , where a black tends to darken it.
I'd like to find something like yours, Unmodified, low miles,+ mint to keep that way.
+ have something a little more run of the mill, for modifying + beating purposes.
Any pics? would love to see them.
How many miles, what condition, window sticker?

unfortunately i do not have a window sticker. it has 19K miles on it, always garage kept, i put slp quad center exhaust on it, ill post some pics up soon. it looks brand new. it is a t-top car, not conv't. does have a 12 disc cd changer stock and has the synthetic oil option from slp.

My car has the key forbs and dash plaque, 10 spoke chrome rims, SS grille, Bilstein suspension system, Auburn Differential, dual/dual exhaust (not center), and SS floormats. My car has a lil over 36k miles on it and garaged kept with a wax job 1 once a month. Window sticker was $39,249.00. Thank god I got it used lol. Here's a few pics oh and I have the tan top/interior which was only 1 of 5 out of the 37 ss 6 speed verts. I think only a few were done in white.
2001 SOM SS Vert 1 of 37 verts with a 6 speed. Kook LT's with cats, fast 90mm ported intake, Nick Williams 90mm TB, AFR 205's and so on. Tuning/installs done by Williams Performance.

Thanks guys. I tell ya the mod battle never ends. I was like
the 1st time I saw the car sitting at a boat dealer of all places. I had to wait 2 months before I could sell my Z28 to get this car. I would go visit the car and tell the guy i will be putting this in my garage soon. He just laughed and said welp if it's here when you get your car sold it can be yours. I'm surprized that car didnt sell fast.

mystic teal metallic- 1998 Z/28
WOW !!! Stunning Car.
That is a standout amongst f bodies.
You should step back take a good look at what you have
+ consider preserving it. In its original form, Its absolutely awesome, + certain cars are just lessened
by modifications, + i really beleve yours is one of them. The fact that its a 6 speed ss covertible, with the added features of rare color combo,(great color too)low mileage, condition, super high option car with all its documentation," A collector's dream," even if the f body,s didn't become really collectable in the future that one would because all it's got going for it.
Believe me I'm not against modifying cars + making them go. I've built many super charged aluminum headed mustangs, + my z is modified, but you ve got something a step above.
TOO special to do the usual thing to. "ITS ONLY ORIGINAL ONCE" You can restore them but it is Never the same as "ORIGINAL" Sorry to sound so preachy, its the collector in me talking. Think of it as a future Baldwin/ motion Camaro
but in convertible form.
Just food for thought. Hope I didn't offend.

I would if I could,but don't have a scanner.
I just have web tv.
I had gotten mine from adealership, but my nephew had somehow swiped an unopened box of them, I believe 2001 also. I'll have to see if he still has them. The cover is a close up of the front end of an 01 sunset orange
ss going down the road. Inside ishuge pic of same car across two pages, then 4 more small pics of same car on next page from various angles, then a 2page pic of a black ss,Then a centerfold of arally red ss vert, with 4 older camaro's,
For z's there is a monterey maroon, rally red conv,+ hardtop, nice brochure,
Also have a 98 camaro brochure, great pics of a bright green Z28 convert, which I would imagine is a pretty scarce combo. I'm going to see if i can get those brochures off my nephew,He may come for turkey day,I'll post it if i get them.
