Silverado SS
A co-worker of mine drives a silverado ss, we've talked about racing for awhile but never did it until last night. As I was leaving the parking lot after work he hauls ass up behind me honking his horn and flashing his lights, so we line up at the first stop light, and I know he has AWD and should take me off the line so I try to ease into it and not spin, but I get over excited and stomp the gas pedal, so he got the jump off the line since my ass end was out sideways. He wasn't in front for long, once I got traction I went by him like nothing probably had 2-3 car lengths by about 95mph. Fun race and not bad for a massive truck.

Nice kill. Those trucks look sweet as hell. Does he have any mods? I know someone with a procharged one --- WOW!!!!! I would suggest it to your friend. You should see the look on peoples faces when they get blown away by a truck.

I've got a buddy with one. They're super trucks, but heavy as hell.

Yea, I would drive one for sure, he said he has exhaust and that turbo tornado thing they sell on T.V. and I'm also pretty much stock.

Forget a centrifugal super charger, and go with the Magnuson roots style intercooled supercharger, they have a much more usable power band, I'm sure the Ford lighting owner can agree with me on that
P.S. nice exhaust setup

My friend has one with a Radix blower. It feels great but still kind of slow in reality. Probably only runs high 13s, or 14s?

The SS's are actually pretty slow stock especially the AWD version up top...get some better tires or go from a roll and he won't be able to even see your tail lights.
