    Orchard Bank...watch out for them. There are tons of horror stories about them and the credit cards.

    Sure they can...

    From what I understand, if you carry a decent balance, they will likely waive the annual fees. If you're like me and you pay the balance in full each month they aren't making (as) much off of you so they "don't give a crap" if you leave.
