Family Tragedy
Wife & I got some terrible news Saturday night.
My sister-in-laws step daughter was fatally injured in a violent rollover wreck on I-65 just outside of Columbia, TN Saturday afternoon.
She was just 18, and had a 10 month old son. Her boyfriend (the boys father) was driving, attempted a lane change, drifted onto the shoulder, over corrected, and lost control. The car flipped end over end and She was ejected from the vehicle. Her father & my wifes twin sister were behind them in another vehicle and witnessed the accident.
They were returning home to Marion, IL from vacation in Destin, FL. . . They (mother & son) were transported by Life Flight to Nashville's level 1 Trauma Center. The boy is in stable condition & being held for observation, the boyfriend had minor injuries and was treated and released. Casey suffered severe head & neck trauma and died at Vanderbuilt University Hospital in Nashville at 6:31 PM.....
She will be terribly missed
There are no news stories of the accident but here is the Obituary.

+1 to above
only the good die young, everything for a reason, keep your head up
i dont mean to go off on*a tangent or justify her death, but if there is a positive at all to this it is that possible that her son will grow to be*an especially strong and determined individual because of what happened to his mother, or somthing to that effect. God works in misterious ways.
just my .02
again, i'm terribly sorry

i'm really sorry. one of my brother's best friend's died this year (22 yo) and the element of youth makes it so much harder to get over death. i can't really offer any advice to make anything easier, but what i thought about was as long as you always remember the person, their life wasn't in vain. i don't know, maybe that sounds stupid, but it helped me.

I can't imagine death. I know it will come at any time but I still can't imagine it. I'm sorry for your loss but try to keep your head up. Death is a part of this ride we call life. Be sure and give them our best.
