    Shift points help.....

    I bought my 98 ss a4 two years ago, and ever since, i've noticed that it shifts premature, it will shift and rpm drops to 1500 to 1800 all thru 4th.....
    does any one know if this is normal, or the proper rpm shift points.....i wonder if the guy who had it before me modified the shift points any ways any ideas how to fix this would be appreciated
