    Huh?

The SS is a better car in most aspects than the charger, but it can't beat an SRT8 in the quarter mile or top speed. We won't even bother to compare the SS to a charger hellcat. Ford doesn't seem to care beyond the Taurus SHO, which will run with an SS with a quick tune.

Are you trying to say that the Taurus SHO will gain more than 100 hp/tq with a quick tune? I know the SHOs are fairly quick and the AWD helps but its also a hefty-er car, even with a "quick-tune", Id imagine the SHO would start falling off by the 1/8th mile vs a Camaro SS, especially the automatic one.

It is VERY easy for a twin turbo V6 to pick up 100/100 with a quick tune.

    365HP stock.

    Intake/exhaust/tune = 550HP and 600+tq.

I didn't read the article. I thought he was referring to the Chevy SS sedan. But yeah, the 2016 Camaro SS shits all over a mustang GT. The GM products will out-handle their counterparts, but dodge doesn't seem to care. They're still selling all the hellcats they can build

It's retarded to compare modified cars to factory stock cars. A new camaro is an infinitely better car than a fourth gen in every conceivable way.

That's all you got? Lol. I don't need to own one to know that it's absolutely retarded to compare old modified cars to new ones. How about we bust out the old mustang fox body argument just to drive home how stupid it is. And yeah, sixth gens are hard to see out of... If you're a midget that always drives in reverse.

What color is your sixth gen by the way? I've owned several fourth gen f bodies, and spent a week in a sixth gen rental. The fourth gen is a gigantic pile of shit compared to the new ones. But that shouldn't be surprising to anyone with a brain. The sixth gen is far newer in terms of technology and engineering, and we can't forget the the f bodies were crap when they were new. Good engine, yeah, and nice looking, but otherwise crap. There's a reason f bodies didn't sell well.

I don't claim to know everything about everything without actually owning jack shit like some people on here.

If I were to buy a new car though, it certainly wouldn't be a new Camaro.

Is it? Never drove a 5th or 6th Gen SS. Have driven an SHO before. They push you in the seat and keep going. Think it's governed to 150
