I like the Austin Power movies just as I much as I like bond, but if I played bond, I could see how he might get offended after the time and effort spent put into a serious role.

I like Austin Powers as well... not as much as some Bond movies but I thought the first movie was hilariously done. Does a good job pointing out the silliness of many spy shows/movies... not just bond but Bond is the biggest and best known.
In Germany the title of The Spy Who Shagged Me was the Spy in the Secret Missionary Position.
