It's pathetic that common sense doesn't dictate the law, and in this case it's unfortunate. If your lawyer is not willing to press the issue, I'd find a new one. lol here i am guys, no prison time and ex is still alive and well. Im doing great actually , want to thank you all again it meant alot to get your feedback during that very shi**y point in my life. Kids are doing great, adjusted well , new g/f ive been with for a year now . Ex is still with the guy i caught her with, he is actually a really nice guy and i have no issues about my kids being around him.
