Not to mention not everyone has a browser that has spell check.
To interrupt (troll) a tech thread to comment on someone's spelling and punctuation is asinine, and more irritating than the misspelling.
If one is smart enough to notice a misspelled word then they should be smart enough to figure out what is being said.
Why does everyone need to know someone is personally bothered by someones' grammar? Answer we don't!
This is a automotive site not a spelling-B.
Folks should be adult enough to know people are'nt perfect. No one is..Last edited by Smittro; 11-10-2012 at 10:11 AM.

I don't berate people regarding their (there, they're) poor spelling/grammar out of the blue but I will gladly take the opportunity with this thread to point out that; proper grammar and spelling isn't all that difficult, and people are only as intelligent as they are perceived to be through their actions.
I don't know anyone who takes pride in a lack of intelligence but if I ever do meet someone foolish enough to take that stance I'll gladly give them this same persnickety run-on speech.
Thank you for providing me with a platform.

Personal perceptions are meaningless and generally based on pure speculation. Though I do agree actions speak louder than words.
To judge another is to be without fault one's self. What one "thinks" of an unknown other is rarely so.
If pointing out another persons shortcomings makes a person or persons feel better about themselves then all you can do is feel sorry for them..

Whew finally we have a spelling thread. Am I the only one who noticed another problem with Smittro's number 3 post? And number 9?
There (they're, their), I feel better about myself now.
Not picking on you in particular, you have a couple simple miss-spellings, or was it bait?
I KNOW I never make any mistakes!

Did I mention I can't type either?
Kind of a search and stab thing..

Dang. I'll see others I'm sure. The wifey says I'm easily fooled.
Usually I'm level headed, unless someone pulls out in front of me and makes me slow down. Or worse, use my brakes.
