I would say somewhere in the neighborhood of 42-23 or something like that. They're gonna kill NY.
Completely disagree...it's going to be another close game. No question. The Giants are the opposite of Atlanta, in that when they actually make the playoffs, they become crazed. However, my money would still be on GB to pull out the win by a field goal or so.

Just an FYI GB is last in total defense. NYG are 27th so that doesnt really help. This game is going to come down to who makes fewer mistakes. No way we can say either way who will win this one. Both qb's are playing at a high level this season. Obviously rodgers higher than Eli.

    Total team offense; GB-3rd, NYG-8th

NY has been on a hot streak but who have they really beaten on this hot streak? Dallas and the Jets......you only have to go back a week or two earlier and they lost to the Redskins.......yep.....the Redskins. Don't believe the media hype......GB is gonna run away with this game.

Division games are a different animal and always have been. It could be that they play twice a every year so they know each other better or it could just be the bitter hate for each other making the players play harder...I dunno. I'd be more worried about the pats and how they were close to losing to the skins.

I think that happens a lot when you get a team that's on a bye.....people forget how good they are. GB is one of the best teams I've seen play in a long ass time.....their D leaves a lot to be desired but offensively they're a machine. NY on the other hand beat Dallas, Jets, and couldn't do shit most of the game against Atlanta. The score reflects a beating but if you actually watched that game Atlanta played like complete shit and NY was still stagnant. 3 minutes to go in the 3rd quarter and it was 10-2. That won't happen in GB........NY will have to put points up and I just see no way they're gonna hang with GB. NY also has a tendency to fall apart when things start going bad which is where I see the blow out coming from.

You forget about the seemingly unstoppable teams that come out of the bye week and have themselves forgotten how good they were. History has shown that chance seems to favor the teams that don't get the bye. While you look at the bye as an advantage for GB, I look at it as a disadvantage. Not one that can't be overcome, but lets also not forget that GB is going to be without the man who has coordinated this power offense. Again, I don't mean to say that all of this is enough to make GB lose, but it is certainly enough to make the game close.

...also everyone is discounting the effect of the "hot streak", which NYG is on right now. Yeah they lost to the Redskins in the regular season, but this isn't the regular season anymore...and the same thing that got GB to the super bowl last year is what they will have to beat this week - "fire".

And, lest I remind you, about NYG "keeping up" with GB...they've already done that this season. So I don't see how anyone could think that they can't do it again, in the playoffs, on a hot streak.

I will agree with once NY starts messin up its over. I hope for all the GB fans that they dont get drug thru the mud though. Doubt it will happen and I am not a Giants fan. Just saying.

we'll just have to see how it plays out I guess........I'm liking GB's odds. They have Jennings back and have been pretty dominant all year......I don't expect that will change this week. If anything they'll step it up another notch. Best case scenario for me is that N.O. wins and NY wins so I'll be pulling for the Giants all the way but I just don't see it happening. I'm sticking with GB by 20.

    I take GB by 3.

...and i'm pulling for both an NE and NO loss. So really it's long odds weekend for me...but I figure if I'm pulling for the underdog in all four games, i've got to win at least one right?

I like 0rion's thoughts on this GB/NY game. Yeah GB only beat them by 3 points but it was in NY, now the game is in GB which makes a HUGE difference. Who have the great and powerful Giants beat lately, bunch of crap teams. Only problem going for GB is all of the time they have sat lately and haven't played....on the other hand, with the rest, we are now 99.9% healed up which hasn't happened all season. I think the injured players back makes up for the time sat. I really have learned to hate the Giants with all the talk you hear about a decent (Not Great Team) Just like Tebow IMO. If I hadn't had Tebow shoved down my throat all year, I would root for them in a heartbeat.

I am ready to watch the NO/SF game and Den/NE games, I think they will be pretty fun to watch

Bring on the Football, I'm sick of waiting

yeah....this has been like a 18 day week or something. Taking forever to get here. I'm getting drunk as shit and smoking some food with friends tomorrow. Just a partial crowd this weekend....superbowl is when the whole gang is here. Should only be 6-8 here tomorrow. My one buddy is a 9er fan so we thought it's best if we watched at different locations.
