That sucks. You have an awesome attitude about it, though. I think I have a good attitude, but I know I would be crying for blood, so kudos to you.

lol...yeah.
Yeah, it's nothing to get all hyped up over...getting mad over something you can't change is useless and a waste of energy. I'd rather put that energy to fixing my car and getting it back on the road so I can enjoy my 600rwhp car.

Damn man that sucks. 8 years or so ago I would have been screaming but nowadays it prolly wouldn't bother me that much. I'd prolly strip it as you are and start over. Good luck with the project. Tuan (local guy from FBC) has done the t top conversion. He has detailed pics of the process I believe and could help.

I don't believe I have his phone # but he is on here. Username "That Guy 2-1" I tried to link his membership info but it keeps taking me to some other member that1guy_21. (lame glitch)
Shoot him a pm. He's also on EFA and Racers Den under the same screen name I believe.Last edited by INMY01TA; 01-02-2012 at 10:46 AM.

Here's his info on EFA. Links to some of his work at bottom of "about me" section. I'm looking for pics of his t top conversion. easternfbodys.com View Profile: That Guy 2-1

Found out why the driver's side wheel wasn't moving with the steering wheel.

Threads like this make me worry every time I take mine out.
Where I live ppl think driving laws are mere suggestions and they can drive like Dale Earnhardt.

Yeah, I used to live in Bowie for a long time. When I worked at Laurel Toyota-Jaguar, I went through that area all the time. In general, the D.C. region drivers are probably some of the worst drivers I've ever met. It also seems turn signals don't work around there. I've moved up to Harford County and my car and I are much happier, much nicer people and drivers.
Hope everything goes well with the new project. Are you going to change the outer appearance to a 98+???
