Light Pewter Metallic- 2001 Camaro SS
I have spent some time in a Traverse and I really liked it. It got decent MPGs, has lots of space, and is comfortable. The LTZs look really nice.

My wife and I had an Acadia which was super roomy. No real issues with it. Has 3 rows of seats and the middle row moves back some. Only problem I haf was it didn't have enough power for as big as it was. We traded tbat in for a 2011 Nissan Maxima in September and have loved that car ever since. Actually has a lot of room. Only problem is that it cost 41k. We got it for 29 cause my wife is still active and they had a deal on it.
That being said, the Altimas are nice as well. Great on gas. Only reason we did not get that is because of the deal we got.
I don't have an issue with the CVT either. Our car has paddle shift on the steering wheel which makes it hard not feeling the gears. Other than that no issues at all.Suspension: Lower control arms (Spohn), Drive shaft safety loop, Torque arm (Edlebrock), Strut tower brace, Panhard Bar (BMR)
Under the Hood: Smooth bellows, Lid, Catch can, LT Headers, ORY, AIR/EGR delete, Poly engine/transmission mounts,
Exterior: Painted brake calipers (Red), Halo “Spyder” Headlights w/matching parking/turn signals (Black)

Pewter- 2001 Camaro SS hard top
My brother just got a new hemi durango this fall for his wife, they have a 5 and 1 1/2 year old and so far they love it. I think it was getting high teens for mileage, over 20 on highway trips. This thing rides and drives awesome, the only things I didn't like when I drove it were the tires and the gearing. They have 17 in rims so the tire has a lot of side way and you can feel it going though corners, and the gearing is really tall for fuel economy.

The new Durangos are nice. My main issue with Slowpar is their quality is up but still behind everyone else and everyone else gets far better economy

that's basically how her 05 is......17's and tall gearing. The tall gearing is so it's not sluggish since hers is rocking the 4.7. I would never have even considered another dodge 5-6 years ago but this durango she has now has been pretty good to us. She puts a ton of miles on them driving to work......the 05 has 180k on it to give you an idea. I wish companies (other than VW) would start putting small diesels in cars. That would be the way to go for us considering the mileage she drives. Maintained though a gas engine can be reliable these days up to 200k+........I just start feeling uncomfortable with them when the mileage is getting that high. Need to get out of this durango before bad things happen to it.

I bought an 08 Impala LTZ new. Gets decent gas mileage and comes with all the bells and whistles for the most part. Leather, heated seats, remote start, spacious interior, large trunk, and looks semi-sporty for being a sedan.
It handles like a champ in the winter months also.
I opted to get the 3.9L engine with active fuel management so it drives on 3 cylinders on the highway at speeds 65 and under. I've gotten 33mpg with it before but generally with my driving habits I get around 26-27mpg.
I have 77,XXX miles on it now. Not a single issue. Still riding on stock tires (although they are about to be changed soon) and I've replaced the rotors/brakes all around. That's it beside the typical maintenance items (air filter, fuel filter, oil, etc).
Pretty happy with it overall.

I know and have known way to many people with dodge stuff that has tons of issues.....the electrical issues are the ones I'd have no patience for and I know 3 people that have had wiring issues in the dash. As far as economy I can't complain.....that durango gets better mileage than everyone we know with other makes of SUV in that size class. 18 avg ain't too bad and we've seen 23 on the highway a bunch of times. That 4.7 is known to be a gas guzzler and in the trucks it definitely is......not sure what gears that durango has or why the mileage would be that much better but my buddies ram with the 4.7 is doing good to see 15-16. Different front end styling which is some of it but not sure it's enough to make that much of a difference. Truck's probably have 4.10 rears I would imagine.....not sure on the durango.

I like the looks of those and they look like they're optioned well. Looks like they really don't get the greatest mileage for a car (19/26) and need premium which means there wouldn't be much of a fuel savings there. There's an '11 local to us with 1500 miles on it for $26k. Might have to take her down to look at it. Looks pretty well optioned except I don't think it has the audio upgrade.
