Need ideas to win "Best offensive Halloween costume"

Ok, so the time to dress up like idiots is upon us and i am going to a Halloween party in 2 weeks...Party dress code is only offensive costumes... There is a contest also where most offensive costume wins a prize! (Money to be exact)

I NEED IDEAS for a costume and nothing that will be expensive as im only wearing this once a year...

Only rule is no excessive nudity

ANYTHING GOES for the costume so please hit me with ideas!!!!

I say take it one step farther and dress up as obama in proper hitler attire. Thats sure to offend some people, not sure if it would be the most offensive but I think it would be a good one.
