Went to lunch in the T/A and had something unusual happen.
A new Mustang 5.0, with it's windows all blacked out comes up next to me. Starts revving & giving the "you want to race" attitude. I ignore him, not the place or time. Well light turns green and off he goes. As he pulls away I notice the State Police license plate on the back.
Me thinks that is something called entrapment?
BTW not trying to bash any LEO's here, just saying it was something strange.

As far as I know, that's not entrapment. Entrapment occurs when an officer "forces"(something you would most likely not do even if given a chance) you to do something.
He's not making you race. The choice is still entirely yours.

i miss the old days of having fun with johns easter photo... he was holding one of his little ones easter baskets so i said something like "where'd you get that purse?"... from that i made a smily of him chasing me in a police car but now i can't find it...
