12th anniversary today. No idea where the time goes.

Going to do some work on the house and then head out and about this afternoon. Just started raining a bit and looks like it'll be that way for at least the next few hours.

Congrats to you both! Just had our 7yr. anniversary last month Time really flies, especially when you start looking at baby pics!

Went to head into town tonight and noticed a few spots under my truck. Pinion seal is leaking like a sieve.

Complain to Chrysler if iit doesn't have the lifetime powertrain warranty. They'll give in faster than Rich can shout teeth

I was just under the truck hosing everything down with brake cleaner. Hopefully it was just the completely frogs-ass tight vent that was pushing fluid out, and not actually a bad seal. Still fearing for the worst.

Oh, and wtf to Chrysler for going with synthetic gear oil from the factory. Now I gotta go buy another fuggin' quart of fluid that I'll never use in anything else.

Many of the GM rears are supposed to be synthetic. I don't thenk I ever put synthetic gear lube in a single diff I serviced when I was at Chrysler

My Durango has a few drips here and there. Helps to keep the rust at bay.

So I go buy about $120 worth of hoses, coolant, and such to service the cooling system on our Durango. They only have the bypass hose on the shelf, everything else has to be ordered, so not going to be able to start that project today. Coming home, the CEL comes on... no appreciation at all.
