I was looking back at the pics I had posted, at the time I hadn't had the opportunity to get good pics. What I love best about the airbrushing on mine is that it's partially ghosted. In the sunlight you can see all the colors, but on an overcast day it's very subtle.
Here's a direct shot of the phoenix in the direct sunlight:

Here a a few pics of her on an overcast day:

And this is one of my favorite shots of the flames on the door, it looks as if it's blending into the sky:

In the near future i'm planning on doing something with the SLP lid, not sure what yet.

And some of them stink, ...
Outisde looks good.
I think what scares everyone about yer car is all the red under the hod & the interior.
In 'my' opinion, & it may stink also, ..., Instead of making things stick out like a sore thumb, sometimes it may be better to make it blend in or hide it.

Her interior is actually not scary lookin in person. And of course there's a story behind this car that actually begins with a white '99 T/A, the original Dragonbird. I really appreciate how you worded your opinion, you was very nice and respectable about it, thank you

Ehh not too quick but it has no trouble breaking BOTH tires loose..

Mods are in the works,, but having a second project next to the unfinished first project means I would have even less time for the first lol..
I'm already working an untold number of hours 6 days a week and I'm also a dad and married lol..

Suggestion: If you are particularly irritated by another member's posting habits and are constantly fighting the urge to flame them, you can click on that person's profile, and select "Add to ignore list." This will make that person's posts invisible to you.

"Scare" may not have been the right word, but you know what I mean.
It's the high contrast in colors that some people may not like, which is maybe what that other person was referring to.
No offense meant.
I remember seeing photos of the white car, ..., after the other driver took the chunk out of it, ...

Yep, I knew what you meant
and of course I took no offense to what you said. As I said, I greatly appreciate how respectable you was at voicing your opinion
I know that not everyone is gonna like what i've done with my T/A, but there's a right way and a wrong way to voice an opinion on something, and you did it the right way
Of course I like how i've got the interior and under hood on my T/A, but I will say that I didn't like the red windshield wipers I had on her from the first set of pics, lol. I'll just say that at the time there was too much stuff goin on and not enough time to do it all, so for awhile replacing them went on the back burner.

I sure hope i'm a chick, cause if I ain't, there's something missin, lol
I actually came very scarily close to having an "appearance mod" that would'nt have been good. We got hit by a tornado a little after 1am on the 28th (Thursday morning) trees down everywhere, God was with us, we very easily could've lost everything, and some people did...

Glad the tornado missed you! On came within 3/4 of a mile from me on the 16th. The neighbors were on the national news for days, not even a limb down here.

And i'm one person you'll never have to worry about lookin down my nose at the V6 F-Bodies, I used to own a 2001 V6 Camaro. Never did get to do any mods, but even stock, the V6's are quick
