I just worked on a subaru commercial where they were using 2 of them on second unit. I also had a coworker put one on an astar helicopter filming our remote head filming a Dolby commercial. Those little guys are freaking cool! I want one.

It's good for what it is. 1080 pic aint bad. I have 2 problems with them, fixed lens, and the image is not stabilized. So it shakes like crazy during rough use. I work with gyrostabilized remote heads, so its more of a pet peeve of mine.

Considering the price it's phenomenal. You cant compare it to a piece of equipment that costs tens of thousands of dollars if not more.
Go to their website, they have plenty of videos showcasing different uses of the camera. It's pretty cool.

Here you go ... no one more average than me ...
These were shot with the standard GoPro before the HD version was released.
This clip had the audio over-dubbed

These clips are with the raw audio, significantly tweaked.

I had to run all these clips through a converter so that my version of Adobe Premeire Pro would recognize them. Consequently the video was compressed quite a bit mmoving it from native MP4 - Quicktime to AVI.
This clip was shot last year with a Flip Ultra HD 1080p

Here is some biking video. This is about as shaky as it gets. When on a helmet it shakes less. http://www.facebook.com/#!/video/vid...02647379763963

Why ya'll not be bumpin? Rubbin's racing man. I also counted at least 7 times where a good old fashion pit maneuver could have been performed.
I do love that type of view when watching a race. I just don't think they ever show enough of that type of view in races. Stationary cams get boring.
