The guys that installed my headers took the cap and elbow off, but they didn't put the elbow back on, so the cap didn't fit right, fell off driving

4 bolts (I think 12 or 13mm) and a connection for power if drivers side... maybe seat belt bracket (pair of phillips screws)...
