Any experience with Trick Flow Top End kit?
Trying to figure out the cheapest and best way to reach 500hp in my stock LS1.
Saw this:

Any suggestions? I'm open to other options and ideas.

I love Trick Flow. Had some of their heads on my previous car. And they make nice LS heads. But I've heard there LS top end kit isn't too impressive. Not terrible but not as great as it sounds on paper. No personal experience, just what I've read.
PM Frost. He's tuned a few of these kits. He'll tell ya what he thinks.

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTwmcU2dnlw[/ame] here is a vid of my car with almost the same kit,the difference is i got mine from vengeance racing, their kit is $2800,and they will let you pick a cam and will mill the heads if you like,in my set up i got the vrx-4 cam,the trick flow 220cc heads,i had my heads milled, arp head bolts, crank bolt,gaskets,.650 lift springs, and roller rockers all for just over $3000 with shipping and tax,and for another $460 i got comp lifters, melling oil pump, and a double row timing chain and gears to go with my kit, after getting it dyno tuned it made 450rwhp,so thats about 510hp at the crank,i love this kit and if you decide to get it talk to ron at vengeance and tell him i sent you they are good ppl and they will hook you up,i havent had the chance to run my car yet but it should be somewhere in the 11's, heres the link, they are out of cumming,ga. https://www.vengeancerd.com/ecart/products.php?product=Vengeance-Racing{47}Trickflow-Heads-%26-Cam-Combo i also have to add that i already had headers, air lid, smooth bellows and ls6 intake before i installed the kit.
