Adios childress, about 4 weeks too late though.

I actually think Dallas will win more games than the Vikes at this point

Probably. If Romo returns, the Boys easily could be a spoiler.

Ok so now its time to talk turkey! Meaning Cowboys vs Saints. I have no clue on how it will go. I'm thinking it will be a close game. But to be honest I see the Saints winning by at least 7, most likely 10 points. If, and I mean IF my beloved Cowboys pull it out it will be by 3 points.

I really want them to win this game. My neighbor has bet me that whoever loses that person has to take down their teams flag for the rest of the season. Of course this bet was made prior to Romo injury. If I lose I'll honor the bet even though he gave me an out because of the injury.

Even though the injury is not on his throwing arm one hard hit for and he's done for the season maybe next JJ will not risk him like that. Also if Romo comes back he will not be in game condition.

Cowboys haven't beat the Saints in Dallas since 1991, look for this streak to continue. Saints are playing to win the division this year and avenge a loss from last year.

you still have your flag up???? I would've thought that was already down, burned, and buried by now.

might be a good game really. 2-3 weeks ago I would've been very worried about it but the Saints O has taken it up a notch the last couple of weeks. Bush will be back and hopefully sharper along with Jenkins.

Real fans keep the flag up no matter what the season record is.

    ^^^THIS + Infinity

Unlike the sAints and Eagles fans that openly Boo their team in public I always wear my game jersey in public with pride. Even in Philly!

He could be in decent enough condition to be better than Kitna, if Romo is doing cardio and some leg work. Still, I agree that a return is unlikely and unwise.

I lived in Atlanta through the Falcons of the 80s and 90s. I know all about supporting your team no matter how bad they are! Thankfully the Braves took the edge off through the 90s...

Dallas in the mid to late 80s was a bad bad team. We had Babe Laufenberg at starting QB for a while. It doesn't get any worse than that.

only if your team sucked during the 70's, 80's, off and on through the 90's, and off and on threw the 2000's.

Im 23 so i remember only to a couple years before Farve started as QB. So most of the time I have been a football fan Green Bay has been doing pretty well. But I know i would still be a fan even if they sucks, hell Im an owner of the team so I have to be.

I can't stand Green Bay - but their organization and the fact that the fans "own" the team is pretty damn cool in my book.

    Jealous? Hardly.

I make a nice comment about 'your' team and you've gotta come off like that.

Typical cheese-head fan. Way to go, you just verified again what I think. (which is why I complimented the organization and not the 'fans')

Lol you started with I can't stand Green Bay. Well guess what we cant stand the vikings either but when the argument gets heated we can always lay back and say all your work never won you the big game. Signing our used goods didnt help either.

I lived in MN for a while and would walk around campus with GB jerseys on, so don't think I havent been messed with by you MN guys before.

Exactly - we aren't supposed to like one another - regardless of winning the big game, or not.

Instead of stating the obvious (me not being able to stand Green Bay), I should've just stated I liked the format of the organization - which is unique and will never be duplicated as I see it.

I will say when I went to Lambeau for the first time ever this year for the Sunday night game - I was really impressed with the 'make-over' of the stadium and the concourse(s)......it's a beautiful place..........and the 'thing' I said about the 'fans' really only applies to people making comments like you did since I met a lot of cool/nice Packer fans that day.
