Maybe convert back to OEM manifolds, Cats and y-pipe? I know its like a step back in HP but you said its way too loud now. If you don't have the originals parts you could probably find them cheap or perhaps swap your setup with someone interested. Not sure about all the other emissions stuff that is generally removed for Header swap, that may make it a pain in the ass unless you have a shop or someone with knowledge and than need a tune.

Have you looked at slp? Car looks great reminds me of one i looked at in warrior. Slp headers and full exhaust on mine and sounds quiet in the car until you open the cutouts. But once again the car looks good.

Black- 2000 WS6 6spd Hooker LT
A catted Y will make it quieter. Just wondering why you would want it as quiet as stock anyway. It will never be as quiet as stock with LT/ORY. I do like my Hooker Aerochamber, tho, pretty quiet (near a stock WS6 muffler) until I get on it. Certainly not as quiet as an OE style muffler, tho. Also, a performance cam will make louder exhaust sounds, as you probably already know.

i say magnaflow like the others, it sounds great cruising and when you floor it it sounds great, not too loud either.

I've got a pair of LTs that collect to dual hi-flo cats with a borla setup on it, and it's the closest thing to a stock decibel noise level that I've heard. I mean it's quiet! Anything over 2k RPMs and it starts to sing... wouldn't have it any other way. An easy disguise if you're still running the factory 2.73s and in overdrive cruising below 80 or 85 (which for me is 90% of the time if I'm not late for work
)

Torch Red- 2001 SS Camaro
The sound is all in your missing Cats. Put a catted y-pipe on and you'll be fine!
