Hah, my dad had a '77 when he was 25 and called it "The Bammer" Long story/not exactly sure if it's even true as to why but, I've inherited that.
Honda comment is gold too. :P
You know you drive a trans am when no matter how shitty of a mood you're in, one comment from a stranger turns your whole day upside down 'cause you realize your rides pretty badass.

You know you drive a Trans Am when how it looks lowered on those stagggered 18's is more important than being able to clear speed bumps and go in driveways without having to get that perfect angle to only scrape anyway.
You know you drive a Trans Am when all you can think about is getting rid of those sealed beam headlights from the 70's.
You know you drive a Trans Am when you have to replace sockets and lenses because of a stupid DRL setup.
(DRL is disconnected now, POS)
You know you drive a Trans Am when you have to remove the wing to properly claybar, wet sand, and buff over 10 yrs of crap from that gap between the wing and hatch.Last edited by RyanJM; 08-14-2010 at 06:50 PM.

You know you drive a Trans Am when you park way in the back of a lot at any store you go to where there are no cars around and when you come out you find some beat up POS parked inches away from your car when there are space right up front.
Happens every time I go out.

As far as the gun point goes that will be the 1st thing someone see if I find them next to my TA in a parking lot or apt lot looking like their doing something besides admiring the look.
